Terms and Conditions

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to officially book a reservation for your selected date. The deposit will be applied toward the balance. The final balance is due at time of pick up or 1 week prior to delivery date if delivery is requested. 


Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event (minus credit card processing fees if paid by card). Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice. 

Payment

We accept payment via cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. Checks are not accepted. 

Payment due in full at time of pick up. If choosing delivery, payment is due 7 days prior to date of the event. 

Delivery or Pick up

Delivery is complimentary within 5 miles of West Covina, CA.

There is a delivery fee within a 20 mile radius of West Covina, CA, fee dependent on location. Minimum rental of $150 required for delivery. 

You can schedule a pick up date and time within 24 hours of your event.  Earlier pick up time can be discussed and arranged on a case by case basis. 

Damage Deposit

Given the fragile nature of porcelain and fine bone china, accidents may happen and result in damage or defects. A 20% damage deposit will required with every rental agreement. This is fully refundable within 7 days after return of rental items if no damages are noted and all items are returned. If damages are noted, client will be invoiced for cost of replacement of the item, which will be deducted from the damage deposit. If the invoice for cost of replacements exceed the damage deposit, client is responsible for the full invoice and payment is due upon receipt. If any items are missing, client is responsible for return of the item within 7 days or may be billed for the cost of replacement.

Late returns

If rentals are not returned on time, 50% of the rental total will be charged per each day items are overdue. 

Cleaning instructions

Clear all teaware of food and drink after use as best as possible. DO NOT WASH. Repack carefully in the containers provided. We will wash everything upon return.
